Following the magnitude-7.0 earthquake in Drachen county, Nagchu, Xizang autonomous region, on Oct 22, many temporary housing units have been rushed in from Lhasa, with workers racing to complete their installation. A local Tibetan sweet-tea cafe is serving free hot meals to affected people.
